Rhonda worked on creating policies & procedures and establishing how dispatch would be handled and got the necessary equipment. New resource manuals were created along with new updated map books for the apparatus. Once all the policies and procedures were set, 2 full time dispatchers were hired along with 2 part time dispatchers. We are up and running full time 24/7. We have several residents and businesses who are taking advantage of calling us direct for any emergencies they may have.
